January 12, 2011


I've been using our Wii Fit almost every day since we first got it after Christmas. I've been doing about 30 - 60 minutes a day of exercise. My favorite so far is the bicycling. I also really like the boxing, hula hooping, and step aerobics. It's making me want to exercise because it makes it more like a game. I can already feel and see the difference!
